Liked Lovely site with friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and snack bar. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Amazing restaurant on site with great food. Lots of good entertainment. There was a live rock band when we were there, who were brilliant!
Disliked Some campers exceeded their pitches which made it a bit cramped for some, although didn’t really affect us.

Liked Great facilities. Showers were really good. Lots of space. Really close to the cable car which took you up to the two mountain villages of Unterbach and Eischoll. You can also walk along the 260m long suspension bridge which connects the two villages.
Disliked Pool was quite a long way from pitches and as there are no staff on site, some people were playing loud music and drinking alcohol in the pool. This didnt bother me too much but not so nice for families.
Also the restaurant and shop was closed for 2 weeks, which was a shame.

Liked Pretty location
Disliked Facilities were not cleaned in the 5 days we were there. They just poor water on the floor and sweep it up. No disinfection used on toilets. The only friendly member of staff was the receptionist. Others were grumpy and unwelcoming. Dangerous dog (against their own policy) allowed on site, which made it difficult for campers to walk past. Not at all tranquil and calm as stated. Big groups making lots of noise till late at night and early in the morning. Also had to pay €4 for a baguette! Total exploitation as difficult getting up and down mountain to a shop (especially if in a camper or caravan) really disappointed and would not recommend.

From the manager: Thank you for appreciating the campsite. As for staying in the middle of August, it's the busiest and liveliest time, ideal for those who want to socialize in a more lively atmosphere. Not everyone is attentive and respectful, and it can be difficult to maintain order and cleanliness, and even though the rules require nighttime silence, it's not always possible to be a police officer. Normally, there's a good atmosphere, with mutual exchanges of vacation experiences and shared common areas. We're sorry for the inconveniences, but the staff is always available to resolve any issues immediately.

Liked Lovely site and location. Helpful and welcoming reception staff. Great facilities that were cleaned daily. Free showers! Good sized pitches. Easy to get out and visit the lakes. Amazing WiFi! Could stream films from inside our camper. Definitely would recommend.
Disliked No pool. The one advertised is for children only which was disappointing as the lake had lots of weeds.

Liked Owners friendly and good croissants
Disliked Toilets and showers were unsatisfactory. Floors wet. No toilet paper no hand soap. Small pitch. Felt crammed in. Very tired and old fashioned bar. Didn’t feel safe. Left a day early.
