Disliked Not a lot , could be critical about the wash rooms but they are just old but everything works fine and at the price it’s better than most other more expensive places I’ve stayed

Disliked The loud concert in the park next to the site that was meant to end at 11 pm but went on until 1.30 , also the hard standing was very messy in the rain with lots of small stones finding their way all through the van

From the manager: Bonjour, C'est vrai que Villedieu les Poêles est une très joli ville.. Pour ce qui est du camping, il n'est pas vieillot, malgré ses 53 ans.. et nous l'entretenons du mieux que nous pouvons ! Vous êtes une des seules clientes à nous dire qu'il est mal entretenu...Vous avez peut être eu la malchance de passer au sanitaires (mixtes pour ceux du bas et pas "étranges" 2 wc et 2 douches séparés...) derrière des gens malpropres mais malheureusement nous ne pouvons rien faire contre l'incivilité de certains campeurs... Désolés que vous ayez gardé une image négative de notre camping.. Cécile et Franck les Gérants qui se donnent à 300 % pour leur camping et qui ont parfois des clients peu tolérants....

Liked Super friendly reception on arrival , happy smiley staff showed us to our pitch and the lovely man even let our youngest ride on his quad , quiet . Peaceful, lovely bar in trees beside, beautiful drive to and from the campsite …
