Liked Gorgeous little site, with lovely views of the sea and a duck pond. Someone had pitched where they were not supposed to (an area intended to be kept clear to ensure everyone else has a view), but there was still enough loveliness to see. There were toilets and washing up facilities, which we were not expecting. Andrew, who came to make sure we were ok, was so nice and told us all about the area. Loved it!
Disliked All good for us!

Liked Mid week and out of season, we had the whole massive field to ourselves! It is a really dramatic location - a great place to watch the feisty sea! Not a massive fan of composting toilets, but I dont think it was advertised as having toilets at all, and they certinly didn't detract from our enjoyment of the site. It felt wild and we loved it!

Liked Lovely quiet site, with nice distant views of the sea and mountains. Really well organised and looked after. Toilets and showers were pristine. Lovely lady met us and didn't complain when we unwitingly made her walk to the furthest corner of the field. The sheep next door were a bit argumentative, but I guess they were there first!

Liked We liked the way the campsite was laid out and the incredible view, which revealed itself in all it's glory the following morning, when the rain of the previous night had cleared. The work being done to restore the pub is interesting and worthy - we really hope they manage to achieve their goals. The chickens were beautiful and entertaiing too!
Disliked Nothing to dislike in our opinion.

Liked Lovey little field with a fantastic view. Goats and chickens as neighbours and the facilities were good. We struggled to find it, but that was just us being dozey! They were great with directing us when we phoned and waited for us on the road to make sure we didn't miss it!

Liked Very much enjoyed this site. Parked right at the top to get the most from the amazing view. Dramatic skies and a lightening show made it even more special! Was a little bit hard to find, but we should probably have planned better!

Liked Really friendly reception and nice farm shop. Lots of farm animals to get gooey over! View to die for. Lovely to be able to see water - fishing ponds - and a nice little stroll around them. Real toilets are always a boon. Will definately go back.
Disliked Middle-aged moan - a couple of quite noisey groups (wouldn't have mattered so much if we liked their music!). Once we had sussed them out we moved spot to be further away from them and that was fine. Actually ended up with a much nicer spot. Easy for us in the campervan of course, not so great if you have to take down a re-put-up a tent I suppose!

Liked Very much liked this site, on the side of the cloud! We went after torrential rain but there were plenty of dry enough level bits to choose from. The view was incredible. Relaxed environment and Graeme was very friendly. Will enjoyed chatting to him about motorbikes and looks forward to going back there on his! Good toilets and shower, and it was nice to see all the little campfies dotted about the field after dark. Lovely peacocks, alpaccas and ducks were a bonus!
