Power optional concrete slab caravan site (large)
Liked Everything! Proximity to places to visit, size of site, good sized pitches and spaced nicely apart. Clean modern facilities, well priced, felt secure with ANPR operated barrier.
The biggest winner for our 3 children was the superb playground - the best we've seen! We hope to return next year.
Disliked The only downside was the limited opening times for the shop but that's scraping the barrel for something as we truly loved our time at the site.

Powered grass and gravel caravan site (small)
Liked Really beautiful brand new facilities! Such a treat - felt more like a boutique hotel than a touring site.
Fantastic location on the riverside, very pretty walks right on site. Incredibly easy access from the A64.
Disliked Awkward pitch to get on/off with a caravan and staff were not contactable on arrival but all OK in the end.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback Bryony! We’re delighted you enjoyed our brand-new facilities — it’s wonderful to hear they felt more like a boutique hotel than a touring site. Our riverside location really is something special, and we’re glad you had the chance to enjoy the scenic walks and found access from the A64 so convenient. We appreciate your note about the pitch access and staff availability on arrival. We're always working to improve the guest experience, and your comments help us do just that. We're pleased everything worked out in the end and hope your stay was relaxing and memorable. Looking forward to welcoming you back to The Riverfront York soon!

Bluebell Woodland power optional forest floor tent site (secluded)
Liked Fantastic site with lots for the kids to enjoy, along with a great location for accessing everything in Pembrokeshire. Lovely quiet site with like minded families - really enjoyed not having to worry about people blasting music late or being antisocial!
The animals were lovely to see each day, especially the goats and emus. Dave the tortoise was a big hit too!
Loved the concept of the honesty shop and it worked very well for us to grab bits and pieces (and cool cans of drink whilst pitching the tent!)
Very much enjoyed our time here, it was everything we hoped it would be and we wouldn't hesitate to return.
Disliked The only area that could be improved is the toilets and showers. Not 'bad' per se but not the same standard as the rest of the site and could easily be improved to make the whole experience 10/10!

Powered grass tent site (XL)
Liked Location of site is excellent, allows a 40min walk to the beach along a lovely scenic footpath. Showers and toilet block immaculate as ever, and friendly Katie always around to help if needed. This was our second stay and we loved it!
Really thoroughly recommend this site to other families with young children and dogs, the standard of facilities is very high and we've had a fantastic stay both times we have been. We'll definitely be back next year!
Disliked The only issue we had was with our neighbours who pitched up within about 10cm of our tent (over the lines delineating pitch areas) for some reason! They were a group of young adults and didn't seem to fit with our experiences with other campers who were all families or older couples and friendly.
We were on an electric pitch this time and the ground was far harder than the pitch we had last time so much harder to get pegs in (and out!) of the ground. But that's me being picky!
