Liked Really friendly owners, very welcoming. Great pitch size, liked the privacy between pitches but also able to chat with neighbours Lovely very welcome pool Lovely bar and restaurant and pizza takeaway offered if the restaurant was closed Lovely cycle rides from The site. Close to Reims and Soissons.

Disliked The only issue was it was a bit of a tight turn into the site with the larger caravan - the road was quite narrow and we were at the entrance before we realised we needed to turn in but we managed to reverse back ok and would be prepared next time!

Liked Great location, easy to walk into Bayeux and cycle to the coast - great cycle paths. Lovely clean toilet block and facilities. Staff really helpful. We swapped to a handstanding pitch and pleased we did as it would be quite a challenge to get our larger caravan over the lip onto the grass pitches. Some Pitches are a little tight and the road through is narrow. Liked the tv /leisure room and good WiFi there. Also good to get the free swimming card. We would stay again.

Disliked A little tight to manoeuvre the caravan onto the pitch but otherwise no complaints.

Liked Lovely site, very peaceful and quiet with a nice pool (sadly too wet and cool for us to enjoy!) Easy access off the motorway Owners responsive and helpful Easy to visit the nearby cities of Beaune and Dijon on a wet day!! Some fabulous cycling routes if weather is good. Free wifi at reception area which was a good connection

Liked Great location for exploring the Côte d’Azur Good size pitch Easy access to the cycle path Staff really helpful We asked for a pitch at a low level as we have a large caravan and it is a steep tow up to the main areas being used. We were really glad we opted for this. Tip with a caravan come through Toulon on the A57 through to the A570 towards Hyeres and come off at exit 7 - it is a much more caravan friendly route in than navigating round La guard!

Disliked WiFi was expensive - it worked well but most sites we go to offer it free and we paid 3 euros for 1 device for 1 day - the other Packages were also quite expensive. It would have been nice if the bar was open in the evening - I’m guessing it is in the summer period but this now regarded as off peak so only open in the daytime when we were out and about. The waiting area for check in is small - we arrived 15 mins early and took up nearly the whole space which could have been tricky had more people arrived around the same time and there’s nowhere else to wait safely on the roadside.

Liked Lovely location, very peaceful and wonderful staff who were really friendly and helpful. Easy to find and lots of lovely places to visit nearby. Fresh bread and croissant daily excellent WiFi and a lovely bar Play area for the children and swimming possible in the lake - a lovely little beach area Shower block new.

Disliked The midges but sadly nothing you can do about that !
