Liked Great facilities, loved having a kettle and toaster in the kitchen area. There are 2 unisex shower + toilet rooms plus one toilet in the main building plus another 2 separate unisex showers and 2 toilets in portable units outside, the portable units are very good quality. All facilities were clean and well kept with nice touches you don't see elsewhere such as spare toilet roll, soap dishes and even hot chocolate sachets in the kitchen (for 50p). Best WiFi I've had at a campsite. Site is slightly sloping, bring some ramps.

Liked Lovely woodland setting. With birdsong in the evening it sounded like we were in a jungle. Showers were good. One of the best campsites I've been too, very memorable.

Liked The showers were free, but didn't work well. They kept alternating between very hot and cold, but they settled down after a few minutes.
Disliked Arrived to a locked gate with no access code, which caused unnecessary stress. I phoned the number provided, but initially there was no response. The management should email or text customers with the gate code prior to arrival. This was not done, which is poor customer service. No WiFi login info was provided either.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback regarding the shower facilities at our Caravan Park. We’re sorry to hear you experienced a delay in the water temperature adjusting. Our showers may take a short moment to regulate, which is normal for this type of system. As a small, family-run business, we take all feedback seriously; however, we have never previously received complaints about our showers. Regarding the gate code, it is securely provided through the intercom system at the entrance — a standard procedure designed to ensure the safety and privacy of all our guests. For security reasons, we do not email gate codes in advance, and this process is in place to protect both our visitors and the site. With regard to Wi-Fi, it is not advertised as part of your booking. This is clearly stated at the time of reservation, and we encourage all guests to review the provided information prior to arrival. While we always welcome constructive feedback, we are confident this isolated concern does not reflect the experience we consistently deliver, as shown by the satisfaction of our many loyal and returning visitors.

Liked Lovely campsite, nice orchard location, can pitch where you like. Brand new toilet block is great, quirky in converted pig sty. Nice sink in barrel, showers have plenty of free hot water. 2 showers per gender plus a bigger shower at the back of the restaurant. 2 mens toilets plus urinals, 3 ladies toilets. Plus extra toilets at the restaurant. One washing up sink. Nice walk across the fields, lots of birds (house martins, I think) and a great selection of ciders in the shop.
Disliked New toilet/shower block is not quite finished, no hooks or soap dishes in the showers. Showers are a bit small. Lights go off after about 5 mins and only a little natural light.
