Liked: The exceptionally clean toilet and shower facilities made our stay very comfortable as first time campers.
The pitches are a great size, more than big enough to accommodate our 7.5m x 6m tent with plenty of space around also.
No wifi onsite but a strong 4G and phone signal made this no issue.
Dedicated dog walking area with dog poo bin also made things easier as we took our dog away with us. They have to be kept on the lead at all times but as each pitch is so big, you can get away with a long lead.
Staff are extremely helpful, very approachable and friendly.
Only a 10 minute drive from Caernarfon and plenty of supermarkets in close proximity too.
We will definitely return when revisiting this neck of the woods.Disliked: The pitch was very hard in places (solid rock a few mm underground) so we could have done with some much stronger tent pegs for those patches. Luckily the weather was glorious so we didn't have an issue with the tent not being pegged down as securely as usually required.
A bit of traffic noise from the nearby carriageway so if you want complete peace and quiet, this might not be the site for you. Although, the site itself is very larger so there may be quieter areas. Worth asking.

Liked: Beautiful week, stunning location with lots to do all around the area.
Easy to get all the top hotspots and enjoy your camping experience. Good showers, poss a couple more showers would make the site better.

Toilets and showers well maintainedDisliked: Touring pitches on a slant so make sure you have levelling gear.
Didn't have choice of grass pitch without power even though plenty available -size of camper is little bigger than VW Transporter and not been an issue on grass pitches on other sites

Amenities We’re very clean and well maintained.
Very nice electric pitches.Disliked: Not much to dislike, walk into caenarfon not easy due to lack of walkways or paths but that’s not the sites fault.
