Hendre Hall is a real gem, the house is gorgeous and the site is impeccably kept. We got a friendly welcome and advice were to park for the best view. We wanted somewhere where we didn’t have to drive once we got to the site, and Hendre Hall was perfect the beach is 10 minutes walk, and the same for the village of Llwyngwril , which has a shop and a pub, and is very cute. The site also has a lovely bar and provides food too. There is a shop but we didn’t use it. We will be back with the grandkids soon, the mini goats and donkeys along with a huge playground next door ( not part of the site) make it a winner!

The new showers are a little snug!

Small campsite,beach access,toilets and showers always clean,bar and cafe in a beautiful old hall, use of a sauna.loved having the goats and donkeys near,and the family dog roaming around made the stay even better. The staff were friendly and helpful, walking around the area , wow beautiful, chatted to locals so good. Will definitely be back , we loved it, thank you.

Toilet/shower blocks are basic for the pitch fee with additional cost to use the showers.
It was quiet when we were there, so not a problem, but if all cabins and pitches had been in use, there are not an adequate number.

The location away from mainstream towns, peaceful an friendly site.
Train goes by every hour or so an from 7am

Shower block clean but the paid shower swallowed £2 as was jammed....(Never received back)

The site was excellent with good amenities. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The site wasn’t busy and maybe the 2 toilets could be an issue if it was . I loved seeing the train pass by as I love trains😊. The on set pub was useful for a pint when we arrived. Being able to access the beach directly from the site was great as I have a dog who loved it. Being able to use our fire pit was an added bonus .
