Pitches not level for campervan , no fishing on site as suggested on pitch up.
Site needs some TLC

Nothing, staff rude, very slippy bathroom area, no sign to say slippy, male staff would just walk in to clean, and they might as well not bothered, said there was a shop, there was no shop, and food severed all day umm no only 6pm. When we got took ages to find someone who barely spoke English so very difficult to communicate when you had a problem.

Poor facilities, dirty toilets

Good flat pitches, lovely to have little woods around. Very relaxed site

Toilet/ shower blocks quite small especially when site is busy. Facilities need to be cleaned a lot more frequently, found it got dirty and then remained dirty white no one checking and cleaning. Need more washing up sinks.

Everything about this place is bad .
Rubbish everywhere when arriving looked very run down not like its photos. Staff very rude and didnt what to help . Three vehicles where stuck and there response was phone the Rac .
Went to use the loo and it was more like wash your hands when entering it was terrible.
Booked two nights up and didnt stay there .

The site was dirty no food available apart from a small portion of curry facilities poor no bins. Camping pitch not suitable for camper an ground boggie on a slopes camper van got stuck

The 3 female toilets were dirty, no lock on one of the doors
toilet paper was non existent or wet (Take your own)

The shower was warm.

Site is quite tired and run down, dog mess all over the pathways and staff just walking by this, bin area rubbish everywhere. Showed to pitch by staff and last persons rubbish bag was left at the back of pitch, staff left it there. Advertised as having a bar area serving food, this was closed, asked staff if they were going to open it on a rainy afternoon and was told no maybe in the evening they might, nothing else to do onsite apart from 1 pool table. Chemical toilet waste area difficult as there is no working hose to wash your waste container out with, just a tap so quite tricky. Expensive fees for what it is.

Washing and toilet facilities very dirty and outdated, camping pitch scattered with Sheep waste as roaming around freely, rubbish everywhere and no staff available, the whole place need total revamp
