Extras

• A charge of USD1.00 ($1.58) applies for the use of the shower.

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 30 consecutive nights.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/11 and 01/02.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: USD10.00 ($15.84) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a USD10.00 ($15.57) fee.

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 7 a.m. to midnight between 01/11 and 01/04 and between 02/04 and 30/11.

Pitches

• Sites: a USD10.00 ($15.84) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Pitches

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 10:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of US$10.00 ($15.91) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
