Camping and touring

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 01/09.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 10 or more units travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Vigilante de seguridad.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

• No vehicle movement between midnight and 8 a.m..

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is closed from 11:30 p.m. to 8 a.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. between 18/05 and 04/11.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the campground/park is able to relet your unit/site.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Pitches

• Tents are not accepted at this park.

General

• The bar is open between 18/05 and 13/10.
• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/06 and 13/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/06 and 01/10 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 18/05 and 13/10.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

• This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Pitches

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 9 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
