Take a look at those mountain views. Glamping Gril, set at an altitude of 600 metres in the Upper Savinja Valley, is a peaceful Slovenia site with some spectacular scenery. It has a remote location 25 minutes’ drive away from Raduha mountain, a popular hiking destination, and 35 minutes from the Golte Ski Resort and the lakefront city of Velenje.
Small and friendly, the site is well away from any noise from cities or towns. The nearest settlement is a 10-minute drive away; Ljubno ob Savinji, on the river Savinj, has just a few shops and restaurants and plenty of stunning scenery. The remote setting near the forest means that the site experiences some great starry skies, too.
What facilities can you expect at this peaceful site? Glamping Gril has a fair few communal areas, including a firepit, seating area, a kitchen and toilets. Proper hiking or light walking, as well as cycling, swimming and climbing, are all possible within a short drive of the site.
