Extras

• A charge of EUR0.50 ($0.82) applies for the use of the shower.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including tessera club per soggiorno in piazzola are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: EUR100.00 ($163.70) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Safety

• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/06 and 26/07.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from to between 01/06 - 26/07 and 01/09 - 08/09.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from to between 27/07 and 31/08.
• Reception is unmanned after 8 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the campground/park is able to relet your unit/site.

Extras

• soggiorni in piazzola: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged EUR5.00 ($8.19) per adult and EUR5.00 ($8.19) per child per bassa stagione.
• soggiorni in piazzola: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged EUR8.00 ($13.10) per person per alta stagione.

Pool

• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 01/06 and 08/09.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Hired accommodation

• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 01/06 and 08/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/06 and 08/09 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 01/06 and 08/09.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Vehicles

• Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 7:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR40.00 ($65.48) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
