Beautiful spot with great facilities, including a top pool & private bathrooms with washing areas. Friendly, helpful staff, a handy shop & restaurant. Generally clean, though some found pitches small/tricky to stake. Shuttle bus a bonus.

Liked velký areál s veškerým zázemím, vždy se najde místo, jedou 24/7.
Veliký bazén, animace pro děti, hřiště, pingpong, restaurace, bar - všechno najdete zde. Wc + sprchy v ceně pobytu. Kousek od moře cca 5 minut na kole. Vlastní svozová doprava kempu.

Liked Kind reception, friendly staff, clean shower/toilets, overall good impression.
Near the sea and near a town with all facilities.
Animation for kids if you're into that, near / at pool. Not much other campsites in the area for as far I found with the facilities this camping has, so a good pick.

Friendly woman managing the breakfast restaurant, we think she was new but handled it very well. (Like eating breakfast at family, felt right at home)

Disliked As we prefer relaxed camping we left the pool because of the loud animation. Unfortunately the animation is "very present" all over the campsite until about 23:00

Big pitches aren't that big / that great, campsite is packed and manoeuvring with a bigger caravan is tricky.

Some (old) caravans are year places but mowing the grass regulary would make a positive difference.

Liked Grote parcel, schoon toilet/badkamer, leuke zwembad en activiteiten voor kinderen, gratis shuttle naar strand/stad.

Disliked Oplossingsgerricht is niet hun sterkste punt: Na het booken van een parcel hebben wij een bericht ontvangen dat wij 2 keer met onze grote tent naar een andere parcel moeten "verhuizen". Ze hebben pas na de 2de dag het kunnen oplossen maar toen was het voor ons te laat en wij hebben de andere 2 nachten geannuleerd. Wij vonden het ook jammer dat er geen sprake was van een recompensatie van dit ongemaak. De terugbetaling van de laaste 2 nachten snel en netjes gekregen.

Liked Molto ombreggiato, bagno con spazio lavaggio stoviglie in piazzola, splendida posizione per chi ama trekking, bella piscina

Disliked Piazzola piuttosto piccola, il prezzo molto alto nonostante i servizi e visto che era la prima settimana di giugno. Le piazzole con sassolini rendono difficili le manovre per roulotte senza mover. Anche durante l'ora del silenzio pomeridiano venivano fatti rumorosi lavori di manutenzione (taglio siepi, soffiatura foglie, utilizzo ruspe...)

Local attractions

Finale Ligure is also home to an archaeological museum that reconstructs the story of the area from prehistoric times through the Roman era to the present day. It's a good family-friendly overview before you head off to see the prehistoric caves of Toirano (half an hour's drive), where bear bones share the vast caverns with human handprints… or for a couple of hours at the ninth-century castle of Rocca Barbena (50 minutes). For walks through the surrounding hills, footpaths up to the sixth-century ruins of Perti and the rock climbing hubs of Placca delle Case Valle and Monte Sordo start five minutes' walk from the site. For easier coastal jaunts, walk through the hills to the handsome old village of Verezzi (25 minutes by car); drop into the richly coloured cave system with its underground lakes, then descend to the sea at Borgio (15 minutes) for a well-earned ice cream and a swim. Those who want to make more of splash can do it on the flumes and slides at Parco Aquatico Le Caravelle (40 minutes). An hour away by car, Genoa is supremely doable for day trips wandering the posh palazzi and galleries of the Via Garibaldi, sampling the freshest seafood by the pebble beach at Boccadasse and riding in Renzo Piano's 40-metre Bigo elevator/crane ride for cracking panoramas of city and coastline.
