Lovely, peaceful spot with friendly staff & a decent pool. Spacious pitches, great for cycling & exploring. Some found facilities a bit tired, showers pricey & limited. Noise from paddle club & roosters a concern. Wi-Fi hit & miss, some bits need a spruce up.

Lovely friendly staff
Lots of shaded areas
We found 2/3 days would be suited to this site . We booked 7 nights but left after 6

Disliked Paid broken showers
Food
Floor was dusty not gravel or grassed (very hard to keep the motorhome clean
Location too far from the coast (shuttle bus is a old mini van and stops at 6.30)
The walk to and from the coast was very hilly and not suitable for most

Liked Unsere spontane Anreise war reibungslos, wir durften uns vor Ort einen Platz aussuchen – alles entspannt. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, die Atmosphäre locker. Imbiss am Pool hatte gekühlte Getränke und Snacks. Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung.

Disliked Sanitäranlagen renovierungsbedürftig. Toilettenpapier nicht vergessen! die Auffahrt des Campingplatzes ist eng, aber für Bullys und Wohnmobile gut machbar.

Local attractions

Start with a wander through the medieval streets of Santo Stefano al Mare, visiting the Museo Relitto Romano before heading down to the harbour to see the traditional fishing boats and find local restaurants. Boat rentals and windsurf kit hire are among the amenities to help you get out on the water if you want to. A bike ride (or a walk) along the Pista Ciclabile della Riviera dei Fiori is a good way to see some of the coastline up close, or you could head straight to either Sanremo, to wander through the historic La Pigna district, or Imperia, to visit the eccentric Villa Grock and find whale-watching tours. Both are about 20 minutes’ drive away. Elsewhere nearby, you could stop by at Bussana Vecchia (20 minutes' drive) to see a former ghost town brought back to life as an artists’ village, or visit Dolceacqua’s Castello dei Doria and other intriguing architecture (50 minutes).
