Frazzled folks in need of a rural retreat, set a course for L'Arca di Noe - Agricamp, up in the hills of Polinago an hour’s drive south of Modena. From this properly peaceful family-run spot you can dial the pace of life down a notch or few, filling your days with scenic countryside bike rides, riverside rambles and horse riding, all the while filling your lungs with fably fresh air. This is a particularly popular place for families, who flock here to meet the farm’s animals, play games of table tennis, table football and board games in the covered recreation area, and catch up over meals cooked on the communal barbecues and served up on the site’s picnic tables. And what fab feasts you can create here, with the on-site shop selling seasonal produce. Extra partner points may be on offer too for those who purchase flowers from the shop to treat their other half (and generally add a bit of colour to your living quarters)…

Peaceful, friendly site in a lovely mountain spot. Super clean, great facilities (showers, loos, kitchen, pool) and a welcoming owner. Bar and chill zone in the barn. Remote, so plan food. Steep, narrow access roads can be tricky for big vans or without local knowledge.

Liked Accueil très sympathique, emplacement nickel, accès a une cuisine commune, mieu communs très accueillant avec tout ce qu'il faut pour que les enfants s'amusent. Les sanitaires sont nickels et très fonctionnels!! Piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! ! Merci pour cette accueil

Liked Pěkné prostředí. Ani moc jsem nebloudil po cestě do kempu. Akorát jsem si nevsiml cedule na odbočce.
Místo super, prostředí pěkné. Čisto, klid. V údolí mezi vysokými kopci, slabý GSM signal. Ale na kopcích krasný výhled. Přijedu zas

Disliked Nic podstatného. Slabší wifi signal byl vinou mého telefonu, dětem vše fungovalo.

Liked Très belle endroit au milieu des montagnes.
Quand on y est on ne veut plus partir, surtout que l'accueil y est super. Une personne admirable gentille tout est fait pour notre confort.
La seule chose auquel il faut faire attention c'est la route avec waze. Il ne reconnaît pas le lieu et vous amène chez l'agriculteur d'en face dans un chemin totalement défoncé. Cela nous a permis de rencontrer quelqu'un de très gentil.♥️

Liked Platz gemäß Ausschreibung, Ausstattung zweckmäßig: Dusche, WC, Küche, Pool, Stromanschluss. Betreuung sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, deutschsprachig.

Disliked Anfahrt gegen Ende abenteuerlich, eher für Camper bis 2,8t. Zu abgelegen für Eintages-Fahrtunterbrechung Richtung Süden!

Bring along a bike and/or your hiking boots to hit the trails through the wooded hills that surround the site: make for the neighbouring hamlets Talbignano and Gombola (both less than an hour’s hike) to see traditional churches and houses, and maybe pick up snacks from little local bakeries along the way…? Another popular hike nearby is from Brandola (20 minutes’ drive away) up to Devil's Bridge, a natural monolith in Lama Mocogno 842 metres above sea level. If all this nature gets a bit too much, take a trip to Maranello, 40 minutes away, to visit the Ferrari Museum and drool over some of the famed cars and learn about the history of Italian motor racing. Or go a little further to Modena, an hour away, to visit the cathedral and museums, as well as maybe sampling a little of the balsamic vinegar that the city’s renowned for.
