Propreté des sanitaires (malgré le manque de papier toilette)

Disliked Manque d'ombre sur l'emplacement. Mais surtout nous avions fait ce choix pour l'accès à la piscine qui malheureusement n'était pas ouverte. Et les abords de la rivière Durance non accessible

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, notamment en ce qui concerne la piscine. L'information sur le site web par lequel vous avez réservé était en effet erronée. Nous l'avons immédiatement corrigé cette erreur pour éviter toute nouvelle déception.

Nous prenons bonne note de votre remarque concernant la Durance. Il est vrai que la baignade y est fortement déconseillée en raison des courants dangereux et de l'accès difficile, voire impossible. Nous apprécions que vous souleviez ce point, car il est important d'informer nos visiteurs sur les risques potentiels.

Malgré ces désagréments, nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié l'accueil et la propreté de nos sanitaires. Votre satisfaction sur ces points est pour nous une source d'encouragement.

Liked Great service from the staff. The campsite is large and spacious.

Disliked You can only access WiFi at the bar or reception area,which is next to the bar.

Disliked Access barrier slightly tight for long caravans but manageable

Liked Access to swimming pool, plenty of amenities and very accessible.

Disliked No plugs in any sinks and no toilet paper supplied or hand towels, soap or hand driers, kerbs upto pitches making siting the caravan more difficult were the only negatives
