Liked: Well presented site with well maintained pitches and general areas. Very well positioned for access to the pretty local town and great restaurants. Clean toilets and showers.

Disliked: One minor point is that no one could seem to find the way out of the campsite and onto the river path, leading to several couples (us included) wandering around looking for a way out that didn't mean walking right around the whole site! Dont like having no toilet seats!

On each arrival, we inform our customers of the way to get to the town center of Romorantin by the path that runs along the river. We're surprised to hear you've been looking for it. In this situation, do not hesitate to come to the reception desk, we would have informed you. You didn't like that our toilets weren't equipped with toilet seats. We can understand it. But you also need to understand that cleaning the toilet is never fun. However, the hygiene of the "little corner" is fundamental for us. The most difficult to clean is the fixing hinge area. Difficult to access, they are the nest of bacterial development, and therefore odors. So not having one has made our work easier and above all more hygienic, if we can put it that way! Liked: We spent just a night here en route north and appreciated the friendliness of the man who showed us to our pitch. We enjoyed a couple of refreshing swims in the pool, the fresh pastries and baguette for breakfast, and the trees and rover views from our pitch. Facilities were good with helpful encouragements to everyone to keep them clean.

Disliked: We missed toilet seats!

We do not provide toilet paper for hygiene reasons, and it is not uncommon to find whole rolls in the toilet bowl and to have to unclog them several times early in the morning or during the day. Which is really not pleasant for us. The incivility and lack of cleanliness of some campers are our daily life and make our work more difficult. Liked: Cabin was clean and modern with a great shower, site was quiet. Pool simple but clean. Local museums worth a visit.

Liked: We only stayed for a stop over night on our way back up from the South but it was a really nice well kept site. The owner was really friendly on arrival and explained everything in detail to us. The toilet/shower block was clean as was the pool area. Pitch sizes were level, great and we had plenty of space for our motorhome and the kids pop up tent. We didn't get chance to see the local area but would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Very minor point but would have been nice to have toilet roll in the toilet block!

Liked: Lovely small site. Fabulous hosts. Great little town with lots of nice places to eat. Brilliant stop on a long journey. Showers clean and lots of hot water. Really liked it here. Pool was a great bonus.
