- Canoe and bike hire, snack bar, bar, beach and massages
Camping La Ribeyre is in the Puy-de-Dôme area, surrounded by lakes and the Auvergne Volcanic Nature Reserve. The site has its own private lake.
This large and spacious site stretches across 13 hectares, set in the green valley of Jassat in front of Murol’s castle. It has all the amenities and activities that guests will need for a great stay: an indoor pool and an outdoor waterpark with four slides as well as swimming in the site's lake, with views stretching across the Sancy mountain range.
The site has a tennis court, football field and canoes and bikes to hire for a small fee in July and August, allowing guests to uncover the surrounding countryside on two wheels or cruise across the lake in style. You can stop for a bite to eat at the snack bar where you pick up grilled steaks, salads, ice creams and homemade pizzas and then head over to the 200m² bar for evening entertainment with themed evenings, entertainment and evening drinks.
The kids will be kept busy at the Sunny Club which runs morning and afternoon activities during July and August for six to 12 year olds. If all the excitement gets too much, relax on the sandy lakeside shores or have a session with the masseuse who accepts appointments on site during July and August (extra charge applies).
