On-site accommodation

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: EUR300.00 ($499.67) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 10/05 and 14/09.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

General

• The bar is open between 04/05 and 15/09.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 04/05 and 15/09.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR100.00 ($166.56) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
