Sprawling, peaceful park with spotless facilities & river views. Handy for exploring Newport. Great bar & restaurant. Expect limited phone signal at busy times, but most plan to return.

You could walk to the beach
about 1.5 miles away. The lady did offer us a hard standing pitch.
Disliked The toilet block needs updating and no hand drying facilities, it would be nice the site had a small shop and food on more days considering this is high season so a little pricey due to this. Not a easy walk to Newport with no footpath although you could walk on grass verge but not great if you have children.
