  • Basic Pembrokeshire farm campsite in a clifftop location by the sea
  • St Davids and Marloes Sands beach within half an hour's drive
  • Five minutes' walk from the beach; direct access to the coast path
Clifftops Camping is a small and simple site in a farm field five minutes' walk from the gorgeous beach at Druidston Haven on the Pembrokeshire coast. Sitting within the national park and with direct access to the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast Path, this is a place that's all about experiencing the outdoors and getting back to nature in a family-friendly setting. The facilities here include four portable toilets, a well-maintained shower and two basins. Recycling is available too, but the site team would like to ask guests to take all litter home with them if possible. Although this site takes a more hands-on approach to outdoor breaks, the sea views and clifftop location more than make up for any extra effort. The Druidston village area is peaceful and pleasant, but for a meal out you'll need to head a couple of miles up the road to Nolton Haven (five minutes) or east to Haverfordwest (15 minutes’ drive), where there are also several supermarkets. Alternatively, if you'd rather do the honours yourself, you're free to cook over a barbecue back at base.

What customers say

This Pembrokeshire campsite boasts cracking coastal views, especially sunrise/sunset. Right on the coastal path, it's a short stroll to a ripper beach, ace for rock pooling & swims. Reviewers rave about the clean, basic facilities & the friendly owner. It's rustic but great value for a family hols. Can be windy up on the cliffs though.

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site

Liked I don't think I would be back there. The views were amazing, there was a lot of space, and the pitch was flat; however, the facilities were not adjusted to the number of people staying there.

Disliked At the time we stayed at Clifftops Camping, there were around 25 tents/campers at the site. There was only one shower and 2 sinks. It would be totally fine if the sinks were used for dishwashing only (as they seemed to be intended to); however, they were also used for washing hands after the toilet, and to wash hair and body, as it was impossible to get to the shower.

It was not a good experience to wash dishes with people coming by asking if they can wash their hands after using the toilet.

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site

Liked We now have stayed at clifftops several nights during our visits in 2025, 2024 and 2022 and it is our favorite place to stay. The place is beautiful, right at the coastal path with a beautiful seaview, the beautiful druidstone beach round the corner and the druidstone hotel where you can have a pint with the most amazing seaview and sunsets. The place is basic but that is part of which makes it special. Dai is doing a fantastic job, always being present, keeping the place clean and treating everybody in a very welcoming way. I cant imagine not staying at clifftops when we are over in Pembrokeshire.. makes your visit so special. Keeping my fingers crossed they wont ban the pop up camping places.. would be such a loss regarding this place. Thanks for everything Dai!!!!! Lots of love from Natalie and Daniel

Route directions

Please note that the postcode covers a large area so to find the exact location you'll need to look for Clifftops Camping Druidston on Google Maps. The entrance to the site is quite tight, especially when arriving from the south or Broadhaven. If you're in a longer vehicle you might prefer to drive further on and make a u-turn (a larger driveway about 200m further north could provide a good place to turn around).
