  • Dog-friendly and peaceful park with rural river views
  • Defined family-friendly and adults-only fields
  • Many walks available nearby
A view… by a river… well of course. Riverview Touring Park in south-west Wales has the scenic River Gwili flowing along part of its boundary: you should settle down here immediately with river view and book. Although the site is in a peaceful rural setting, it's easily reached from Junction 49 of the M4 and other major routes and has easy access to the attractions and activities of Carmarthenshire and south Wales. It faces south, is filled with native trees, wildflowers and wildlife as well as the river views, and covers six acres with a woodland walk linking to the five-acre hay meadow – both topping spots for strolls for walking the dog. (Another walk is available across the bridge and up a track skirting a wooded valley.) Riverview is owned by Sian and Andy, who live on site with the mission of helping guests have as peaceful and enjoyable a stay as possible. The facilities they've added include four sinks and drainers for washing up, and a modern toilet and shower block with a family room, disabled access and (always a winner) underfloor heating. Everyday essentials like milk, bread, soft drinks, cakes, sweets and some local produce are available in the small shop at reception, along with free-range eggs when the chickens are in production and local bacon and sausages when available.

Power optional concrete slab caravan site

Liked From the point of enquiring about a possible booking I received a prompt, helpful and accommodating service.
The site was laid out nicely with great facilities. It was a peaceful place to stay. We didn’t venture to the bar or bbq hut so can’t comment on that. When we checked out Sian was very friendly and chatty. We will be back - thank you

Great place to stay with friendly owners.

Power optional concrete slab caravan site

Liked Loved the river and woodland setting. Wonderful clean showers and toilets.
Very hot water at dish washing station.
You only pay for what you use for electric and my usage was 2 units for 58p! I only needed it for the fridge, hairdryer and charging devices. Many places charge £6-£10 for electric.

Disliked Honestly absolutely nothing to dislike.

Incredible site. We will definitely be returning again. Thankyou.

Power optional grass tent or trailer tent site

Liked We loved the set out of the site, amazing facilities. The owners were very friendly and accommodating with the children. My children loved the forest walk and stream and finished with a Joe's ice-cream from the shop was amazing. And an extra bonus was the bar such a beautiful place we will be visiting again thankyou.

Disliked Maybe just more added to yeh children's play area would be a bonus. Maybe some swings and a smaller frame for the younger children.

Excellent site 😊
