On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 1 day(s) of arrival.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a GBP10.00 ($19.18) fee.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m..

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 01/01 and 31/12 and between 01/01 and 31/12.

Occupancy

• Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• Sites: a GBP10.00 ($19.21) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Extras

• Swimming pool: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged GBP3.50 ($6.73) per adult and GBP2.00 ($3.84) per child per session.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Coronavirus

• The shower facilities are closed. Guests will need to use their own facilities.
• The toilet facilities are closed. Guests will need to use their own facilities.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.
