Liked: Great facilities, the toilet blocks were warm and the showers were hot which was lovely after a long walk. We visited the campsite in June and it wasn't too busy which made the site feel more secluded. The views of Oxwich bay were beautiful and there were lovely walks from the campsite to many different beaches.
Disliked: There were a few tents playing music when we arrived and we were worried they would have it on all evening but a warden came to all the tents at 10pm and asked everyone to switch their music off which was great and meant we could have a peaceful evening.

Liked: The staff were lovely and very helpful, the facilities were so clean with hot showers, there was a pizza bus and bar on-site that opened later on
Disliked: This isn’t about the campsite but about the surroundings - my map had taken us a longer route which went through some lanes above the campsite, they were very narrow and couldn’t see much in front of you. We found that you could go another way which is straight down the hill towards the beach, a lot quicker and safer!

Liked: We loved everything about Greenways. First of all, they are very flexible. We changed our dates at the last minute to arrive a day earlier and arrived at 7.20 pm. They had left our barrier key in the prescribed place. Very thankful. The facilities are spotlessly clean and expansive. There are enough showers, toilets and basins to support at least two football teams. The fields (there are several) are extremely well kept and we had most of the field to ourselves. The views over Oxwich bay are amazing. Although there weren't too many other campers during our stay, everyone was very respectful and we always had a good nights sleep - the toilet block external lighting is very bright and helps you find your way there in the middle of the night. Overall, we found Greenways to be a great place to use as our base to explore the Gower peninsula.
Disliked: If there is one niggle, it is the fear that the barrier key won't work. The first time our barrier key didn't work was a couple of days after we arrived and I assumed that it was because I owed payment for an extra nights stay. But the barrier key did stop working one more time after that. Leaves you slightly on edge when you are returning to camp out of hours. This point is hardly worth raising and in no way affected our opinion of the site. Whilst there is an onsite pizza bus on Fridays and Saturdays, they didn't support the whole menu on the side of the bus and they are all closed up by 8.30 pm (just something to watch out for)
