Good experience overall but will probably come back with a camper van
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked The amount of unlimited space to pitch our tent, very secluded from everyone else which is perfect! Loved the scenery too.
Disliked Self composting toilets were less than ideal. Frequently out of toilet paper and cleanliness was not great but that is also down to the other campers on site. Various “toiletry items” found whilst walking from tent to facilities.

From the manager: Thank you so much for staying, so glad you loved the suite and space, hopefully see you again. The toilets ... we are really proud to be an eco site and advertise that we have compost toilets, they are cleaned twice a day and restocked with toilet roll so maybe bad timing sorry for your experience with them xx
Absolutely everything! Cleanest, best smelling compost loo I've ever used, hot showers,…

Beautiful site, friendly hosts, clean and well kept toilets & showers
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked What a lovely place to camp, wide open green spaces, woods with interesting structures for the weddings they host. We met Nina who runs the site, she is friendly, smiley and happy to help with anything. They have a gorgeous dog, who loves you to throw sticks for him, very well behaved, and returns home with just a whistle.
We didn’t know what to expect with the compost toilets but they were lovely and clean, with simple instructions on the toilet door. We were very surprised that there was no smell in them either. Showers clean, nice and hot too. We really loved our stay here and if we camp in Anglesey again we will definitely camp there
