What customers say
Top-notch, spotless site with roomy, tidy spots. Friendly, helpful staff (Clive gets a shout-out!). Modern, gleaming facilities and Arthur's is a hit for grub and vibe. Great walks, dog patch, and kids' play area. Mostly brilliant, keen to come back.

Fully-serviced concrete slab caravan site (tents not permitted)
Liked The pitches were huge and spaced out nicely, and the area was gorgeous. My husband and I brought our two kids, who are 15 and 7 and have special needs, and the manager, Clive, was super nice and helpful. It was such a relaxing place!
Disliked Nothing at all.

Really nice place, dog friendly but not allowed in the bar
Fully-serviced concrete slab caravan site (disabled friendly)
Liked Excellent late night welcome, clean, friendly staff and lovely flat pitch.
Clive even allowed me to move off the pitch but stay onsite after departure time
Disliked Dog training field was too far to walk for a person with poor mobility and the paths were loose chippings meaning the rollator wouldn't roll at all.
The roads and some paths were flat and tarmac, so maybe they are addressing the rest in the future

Lovely welcome on arrival by Cluve.…
Fully-serviced concrete slab caravan site (adults only)
Liked Lovely welcome on arrival by Cluve. Pitch was a good size , level and site very clean . Restaurant obviously very popular in the area as car park packed each evening. Dog field a good size.
Disliked On booking we chose the adult only area. Our pitch was in rhe middle of the site and overlooked on every side, no hedges or trees and no shade. We were surrounded by a number of 5th Wheel Caravans and seasonal pitches and found the people on these very cliquey and unfriendly.
We have 2 dogs so like a secure dog area to give them a run. There was one but it was a 20 minute walk away from our pitch so no quick visits. In fact , although we went several times during our stay we only met 1 dog , think the field is too dar away for most people.
Hubby used the toilet block and reported that it is very nice to look at but for him not very user friendly, small hooks and nowhere to hang your clothes whilst showering. I guess he can be classed as an expert on these things as we have been touring many years.

Liked Great sized pitch.
Beautiful location.
Wonderful bar and restaurant.
Modern, clean facilities.
Lots of space (football pitch, play area, pitch and put golf, dog walk area)
Very friendly staff.
Disliked Could do with a small shop on site for bread, milk etc.

Clean site , friendly staff good size pitches
Fully-serviced concrete slab caravan site (adults only)
Liked Nice clean site , friendly staff , the pitches are nice and large
Disliked We were adult only but there were a few children on the seasonal pitches although not very young one girl speaking round on a scooter most evenings.
The park says dog friendly but dogs are not aloud in the bar or restaurant you have to sit outside weather permitting although there are a couple of pods to sit in but they were stifling hot

Would recommend a little shop to pick up forgotten items
Fully-serviced concrete slab caravan site (tents not permitted)
Liked Loved the area with stunning surroundings a really well set up camp site with excellent facilities and a stunning food along with the pizza ordering couldn’t ask for better
There was a lovely park along with plenty for the children to do was nice to see they could roam a little freely
Disliked The wasps !!!! A genuinely bad situation we got stung 3 times and almost left as a result especially when preparing food you really need to tackle this issue it really got out of hand I understand it’s nature but surely someone could be looking got the nests. We also made our own traps with bottles which caught 50plus one evening maybe a purchase of traps around the area would help
The restaurant not doing breakfast was a bit disappointing and not serving coffees
until 10 ……
Other then that a fab place to be
