• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 21 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a GBP50.00 ($103.69) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.

Safety

• No electric barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the campground/park is able to relet your unit/site.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

• This campground/park does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of GBP50.00 ($103.28) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
