  • Peaceful Perthshire pitches with direct access to the River Tay
  • A 15-minute drive to Pitlochry; 25 minutes to Tay Forest Park
  • Easy access via main roads; pub and shop a short walk away
Calling all those in search of outdoor adventures… Grandtully Station Campsite is in a fabulous Perthshire location with direct access to the River Tay and a wealth of adrenaline-filled activities in the surrounding area. Activity providers nearby have a great selection of activities like gorge walking, canyoning, abseiling, rafting and mountain biking. Meanwhile, for calmer days out, you can take to the trails of Tay Forest Park, potter around pretty Pitlochry or sip samples at several local whisky distilleries… Back on site, you'll be staying on simple but well-kept pitches, where families, groups and dogs are all welcome. You'll have access to toilets, showers and wifi, and there are some handy facilities within walking distance (including a riverside pub, a convenience store and a fancy chocolate shop). Access to the site is easy from the A827, which links up to the A9 about six miles away for longer journeys.

Liked: The location was lovely. Staff were friendly. It’s a South facing site so lots of sun, the facilities were excellent/clean and the site wasn’t too big so no problem getting to the toilets/shower. Loads of places to walk and explore in the area. We enjoyed a meal at The Inn on the Tay. Really lovely bar. We popped into the Grandtully hotel and the cocktails were fabulous. Just a few minutes walk from the site. There are many activities in the area if you want adventure. I have no problem recommending this site and we would stay again.

Disliked: The showers/toilets were unisex.
