What customers say
Great beachfront spot, easy to get to. Staff are legends! Pool and entertainment a hit with the kids. But, heaps of feedback on grubby loos, busted bits and bobs, rubbish piles, and dodgy sites. Expect RAF noise too.

Thanks to Ava we went on to have a lovely weekend.
Ensuite camping pod
Liked The level of customer service from Ava & the team on reception. She knew it had put me off even though the head cleaner went herself personally to clean. Whilst waiting I asked can I upgrade. Ava was amazing she sourced an available lodge, at a extra cost she did try to get head office to reduce but they would not seen as they were cleaning the pod. Which disappointed me due to the state of the pod and I was sat then waiting it to be cleaned delaying check in. They could have met half way with the costs.
However, the upgraded accommodation met with my standards. Ava saw to it she personally checked before inviting me to take a look and I had no issue then paying the difference as this accommodation was acceptable and there was not a chance I would have stayed in the pod!
You get what you pay for and the pods are not nice, paying a little more for a better quality accommodation is worth it.
I would go again and recommend the lodges, but not the pods.
Disliked We checked into our lodge dirty. Rubbish bag on floor, dirty bedding in bags on the bed. Bunk bed half stripped. The shower & toilet dirty full of hair from all areas of a human body.
Videos taken & photos, but this review won’t allow me to upload!

Pods look cute and bigger inside…
Camping pod
Liked Pods look cute and bigger inside than you'd think from the outside.
Pool was lovely.
Disliked Waited two hours from 4 until 6pm to check in. No reparations or apologies, Only to find out the wait was due to their need to "check the pod" that was a maximum of 1 mins walk from reception and took someone a lot less than 10 mins to do. Our children started their break away very upset. We weren't the only ones. Many people were in reception very unhappy and the manager dashed through to her back office leaving receptionists to deal with the upset.
A repeat visitor there told me this isn't a new problem. They are desperately understaffed which doesn't change year on year.
Things like this experience colour your holiday and your opinion of a place that should have started, and continued to be, fun and relaxing.

Really good stay and will be back.
Camping pod
Liked Proximity to beach, comfy pod, nice park and facilities including pool. Toilets close and clean everywhere on site. Staff friendly.
Disliked Busy checking in, completely understand but forgot to give toilet keys as last people had lost them so just a warning rather than dislike - make sure you get toilet keys. Toilet waste open first time I went so didn't realise needed keys, then could access the toilet in the morning until reception opened.

Nothing…
Ensuite camping pod
Liked Nothing
Disliked The accommodation. If you enjoy camping in a tent then the glamping pod would be fine but being a caravaner i wasn't impressed by it. On site toilets were dirty and the luke warm water showers weren't good. Won't be back.

Liked Didn't attend so cannot comment
Disliked Unfortunately we couldn't fulfill our booking due to serious health issues. We made contact requesting that under the circumstances could we possibly defer our booking until the treatment phase had begun and when an opportunity arose we could get away for a well deserved respite break and visit our family . Whilst we had well meaning responses the answer in short terms was no due to the fact that the booking was within a week. Unfortunately cancer does not book an appointment within your body and it certainly doesn't give prior notice. When it happens it happens. I really did hope that this could've been looked at in a sympathetic nature.
In order to visit our family in Lossiemouth over the coming years we will use one of the other sites within the area in the future.
