What customers say
Great spot near a stunning beach & bushwalks. Friendly staff & top-notch loos. While mostly good value, some found check-in a bit chaotic & pitches tight. Still, loads keen to come back!

Liked Quiet and convenient.
Disliked A bit impersonal. Reception closed during our stay and no contact at all. Fortunately we had been advised of our tourist pitch so no problems.

Liked Our stay at burghead holiday park was stress free Donna had emailed all the details required for our stay with pitch number all the required codes.
Donna also introduced us to one of your sister parks with passes for us to enter the park at Lossiemouth and she was on hand to answer any questions we had regarding the park
Donna is an asset to your site.

Liked The site is right on the beach and very nice. It was a really easy process getting on pitch, all done by email. Great showers and toilets and separate laundry and pot washing too. We had a cycle round Burghead and then on to Lossiemouth, lovely area and stay

Disliked Tent were far to close together the one next to me was so close there guid ropes were past mine . Campsite done nothing about it knowing that it was a safety issue I complained but nothing was done as I was a lone female I didn’t feel safe so I left 3 day early emailed them still not a reply

Liked Close to the beach, clean toilet and shower block.
Disliked The fact that the reception was closed all day Thursday which was the day that we arrived, and that no one had ever mentioned that there were codes to get into the male and female toilet blocks and laundry room. Luckily for us we were pitched next door to a lovely couple who asked if we had been given the codes and when we said no they wrote them down for us. This sort of information should have been given to me in advance if the reception was going to be closed when I arrive.
