  • Direct access to Speyside Way and Cairngorm Mountain 20 minutes
  • Takeaways and outdoor activities on site; 40 minutes' drive to NC500
Visiting the Scottish Highlands? Dalraddy Holiday Park is 10 minutes’ drive away from Aviemore, where there are plenty of chances for walking and cycling in highly scenic surroundings. The 96-acre park is part of a larger 13,500-acre Highland estate. Excellent for families and multi-generational groups, kids should very much like the on-site activities. Kids can run around safely in the play park, and an outdoor activity company on site can organise quad-biking adventures. There’s also an impressive list of facilities, including accessible shower and toilet facilities, alongside a launderette. No need to stray too far to keep everyone fed and watered either, as a host of pop-up food trucks call by during the week, plus there’s a tiny coffee shop on wheels for your caffeine fixes and cold drinks. A licensed shop also stocks local produce. You can access The Speyside Way from the park, and book activities in the Cairngorms National Park at reception. Horse riding, paintball, fishing and clay pigeon shooting are all available on the Alvie and Dalraddy Estates nearby, so all in all, there’s enough going on to ensure everybody stays happily busy and entertained.
