What customers say
Great little beachside spot with awesome views. Spotless loos, peaceful vibes, and amazing wildlife like seals and dolphins. Judith the host is a legend. A bit of road noise and seaweed, but mostly immaculate and worth a return trip.

The place was spotless

The pitch (no.5) was too far from the electric hook up and put right next to other camper

Liked Convent site, the warden was very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. Lovely views on a clear day
Disliked Small pitches quite close together, was okay when we visited as only a couple of pitches taken.
Showers need to be better thought out, there was nowhere near the shower to hang a towel or put toiletries, although there were hooks near the door entrance. There was nowhere to sit your dry/clean clothes or to sit whilst dressing.

Liked Lovely site with amazing views, the sunsets are unreal!! Facilities were cleaned regularly.
Disliked During our stay there was a couple of drainage issues with both toilets fully blocked and unusable and showers flooding. Unfortunately was unable to get hold of anyone to rectify despite texting and calling but this had been resolved the following day.

Powered grass caravan site (sea view)
Liked I had expected this small site to be a bit basic, having chosen it only for its sunsets. However it was lovely. Warm welcome, advice about the area, spotless new facilities. And of course, being by the beach, the sunsets over the isles.
Disliked A few midges but manageable with sprays.
