Liked: Beautiful area
Disliked: Only 2 male toilets for the site plus only 2 showers and £1 for a shower that only last 5 min but takes 2 min to warm up and the cubic are small so lucky if your clothes stay dry.

Silver powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked: Peaceful. Level pitch once we moved to what we booked.
Disliked: Wash up area could do with being cleaned, lots of spider webs. Toilets didn't flush away very well. Men's toilets and shower or lack of should we say considering size of site not enough. Had to have slightly heated discussion to be moved to larger pich with grass what we paid for.

Silver powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked: Lots of birds around, and clear skies at night to see stars. Local pubs (the Boot and the Bell) both great (although booked advised). Level pitch.
Disliked: Site overbooked, then got confused and gave out the same pitch number to multiple people. This meant for a very chaotic afternoon of people being moved from one pitch to another. Then ended up opening an additional field that was very wet and only had electricity at one end. Thankfully we ended up in the pitch we booked, but others didn’t, and we ended up with random cars parked right next to our pitch as a result of the over booking. Only two female showers, and only one male shower working (the other just swallowed money and didn’t work). Hence queues for showers ant peak times and very high footfall making them dirty quickly. Insufficient male toilets as two were out of use. Despite being ‘the closest campsite to Stonehenge’, staff advised it was too far to walk. We walked it anyway, about 10km on safe walking routes (or 6km along main roads). No food on site, and although we did walk to the local pubs, this site seems set up for people to drive in order to see and do anything. Was a shame that they overbooked so drastically, which led to facilities being overwhelmed.
