Liked: Another great stay at Bishops Lydeard Caravan & Camping Site. Great location for a day on the West Somerset Railway followed by supper at the Quantock Brewery Tap room. Highly recommend.

Liked: Absolutely wonderful peaceful end to our week away. The site is at edge of village bus to Taunton regular. Steam train journey to minehead fabulous. The lethbridge arms foid welcome wonderful.
Disliked: Just a minor point a sign on the roundabout for site would be really helpful

Unpowered grass caravan site
Liked: Lovely quiet site which made for a pleasent stay in Bishops lydeard. Electric and non electric pitches on well kept grass. Short walk to a lovely common carpeted with amazing orchids and wild flowers. We will certainly be staying there again in the near future. 5*

Liked: Beautiful site, easy walk into Bishops Lydeard for meal and the West Country steam railway. The Quantock brewery nearby is a bonus! Basis facilities but perfect for a couple of nights.

Liked: The site is a very relaxing place to stay. Love hearing the occasional whistling of the old steam train pulling in and out of the station that is only a 10 minute walk from the site. You can also pass the time watching the chickens and geese on the campsite. There is also a The Lethbridge Arms pub Restaurant about a 25 minute walk away. There is also the Quantock Ale Brewery by the railway station. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Our 3rd visit to the site and we will certainly be back. Our friends who visited with us for the first time loved it too. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place.
Disliked: The only negative is, is the shower head is a little faulty. But this is fixable.
