Adult groups of 5-10 people will be charged a £150 behaviour bond. The site will contact you 2 weeks before arrival to collect a card payment, which will be returned on condition that: a) We have not had to ask more than once for the group to turn music off at 11 or keep to quiet chatter after. b) Your group has left their pitch clean and all rubbish has either been recycled or taken home.

Liked: Staff very friendly, felt very personal and we were welcomed and shown to our pitch. Jules especially was very helpful and checked on us to see if there was any other help we needed. Liked the choices of area dependent on noise levels. Campsite was clean and toilets well stocked. Liked the option of cooked food in the mornings, hot drinks etc.
Disliked: None!

Liked: Friendly welcome and good location close to Cheddar
Disliked: Very muddy field due to poor weather. Not much that could have been done about it but it did make walking to the showers a challenge! Mud washed off our vehicle but has left damage to paintwork

Liked: Location is good, we walked to the gorge in around 30 min Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The field has poor drainage, after raining it becomes a mud bath. This must be fairly common as there are signs about what to do in the event of flooding and a waiting point to be towed through the mud

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful Toilet and shower block very high standard Good amount of facilities without feeling like you're not camping
Disliked: There's no marked roads around the field so drivers do just pick their own way through the tents.
