  • Family holiday park with indoor and outdoor pools plus a fishing lake
  • A five-minute drive to Burnham-on-Sea and 20 to Weston-super-Mare
  • Sauna, Jacuzzi, restaurant, live entertainment, shop and play area
Run by a family for families, Home Farm Holiday Park really does have everything your travel crew needs for a satisfying stint in Somerset… including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools (open in the warmer months), with the latter having a mini water factory and a toddler splash zone. (At both pools you'll need to book slots in advance to make sure they're never overcrowded.) Parents can sprawl out on a free sun lounger while the kids swim at this site five minutes' drive from Burnham-on-Sea… or find a babysitter and make their way towards the well-stocked fishing lake to reel in common carp, bream and pike (with an environmental rod licence plus a Home Farm Fishing Permit). A fully equipped gym’s also here for the adults, along with a sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room for an extra fee. Got the pup with you as well? A special dog-walking area is on site to make sure they're all tuckered out before the drive home Activities the clan can take part in together include live entertainment during the evenings at the Nite Owl complex, which has two amusement arcades, family-friendly restaurant and kids’ bar. If the big game’s on, catch it on the live BT Sports showings (footie fans might also appreciate that a football pitch is on site as well…), or stream it on the wifi while getting into the Somerset spirit by sipping on ciders. Just make sure to line the stomach beforehand with options from the takeaway menu or concoct your own meals using ingredients from the on-site supermarket. It’ll be easy to get home speedily after stays here, as the park’s close to Junction 22 of the M5 motorway.

What customers say

Home Farm Holiday Park is a top-notch, spotless site with helpful staff. Guests rave about the cracking facilities, especially the pools and entertainment. Most pitches are good and flat. While many loved it, a few noted road/train noise and patchy Wi-Fi/pool booking. A couple of minor gripes about dog-friendliness, but most are keen to come back.

Powered concrete slab caravan site (super, no pets)

Liked Cleanliness, good toilet facilities, good things for kids to do, nicely laid out caravan park

Disliked Had to pay extra for the pool and gym, even though neither were busy. If you want the spa that’s payable separate from the pool, even though the jacuzzi is by the pool.
They advertised BT sport in the bar but don’t have it-disappointing when we were hoping to watch the football. If you don’t have it-don’t advertise it!

Liked Great layout in Entertainment area. Staff friendly, helpful. Wash room spotless. Although site wasn’t half full so maybe another review at full capacity. Washing up areas small with two basins so again might differ when site is full.

Disliked Misunderstanding that Indoor Pool is/was included? Check your paperwork. Very noisy as right on the railway line . Not enough for kids to do. Arcade / playground

Liked Nice clean site with friendly staff

Disliked you should offer a daily leisure pass rather than charging per amenity in the leisure centre as the prices are quite steep especially when it is not busy.

Liked Toilets and showers. Good. Plenty of them. But colder month and not heated. Clean and tidy. Entertainment on weekend in colder months. Pool was lovely and warm.,

Disliked The showers toilets should have had some heat. They do have radiators. Pool and jacuzzi 17 quid for two.

Powered concrete slab caravan site (super, no pets)

Liked This holiday park was very spacious and well laid out with big super pitches available which are great, clean toilets and shower blocks, big supermarket/ launderette on site, well looked after holiday park, a couple of nice pubs 20 minutes walk away and Burnham on sea is about 30 minutes walk away , Entertainment sounded good however we were there in the week out of season so it was only on Friday and Saturday. Nice and helpful staff, very welcoming, would definitely recommend to others and we will return but will be in season or on a Friday/Saturday out of season as we like to enjoy the Entertainment on the site.

Disliked The bar was open at 5 and shut by 9.30 (mon - Thurs)which if you wanted to stay around the camp we would of liked the bar to stay open later, we understand that it was out of season but there are still people staying there and paying for facilities.

Powered concrete slab caravan site (pet friendly)

Liked Made very welcome on arrival. Site was just off of M5, so easy access and well located. Facilities were excellent.

Disliked As we have a dog, so booked a pitch accordingly, did feel the pitches were very poor compared to pitches that didn't have a dog.
Road and train noise was quite loud, not good if you're a light sleeper.

Local attractions

This park’s close to Somerset attractions including Britain’s shortest pier at Burnham-on-Sea, about a five-minute drive away. If you’re up for a longer stroll, this coastal town also has a 2.5-mile promenade to wander on with shops and restaurants lining the front. For a bigger pier, head to Weston-super-Mare's seafront jetty a 20-minute drive up the coast and check out the old buildings of this Victorian-era resort while you’re there. For more browsing after dipping in and out of the town's antique shops, the discount outlets of Clarks Village are about half an hour away from Home Farm in the car. Splurging got you feeling peckish? Inland, and about a 20-minute drive from the site, is the tourist town of Cheddar for stocking up on the famed cheese and then taking it along to the scenic gorge nearby for a picnic...
