  • Tiny motorhomes-only site in rural Devon with stunning coastal views
  • A mile and a half from Woolacombe; Combe Martin 20 minutes
  • Set on a seven-acre family farm; well-behaved dogs allowed
Woolacombe Coastal Camping is a tiny motorhomes site with just a handful of pitches spread out on a family-run farm in Devon. Located under two miles from Woolacombe's sandy beaches and about a mile and a half from the centre of the resort, this seven-acre site, which is part of Willow Springs Farm, strikes just the right balance between ease of access and seclusion. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the parish of Mortehoe, this site sits in an elevated position above Woolacombe, with far-reaching views that include vistas over the coast. The facilities here are limited and there are no toilets or showers on site, but guests will find plenty of amenities down the road either by the beach or in the other villages that are dotted around this pretty part of north Devon. Within just over quarter of an hour, you can also be in Combe Martin or in the stunning surrounds of Exmoor National Park and on your way to Somerset, while driving in the other direction opens up ample opportunities for exploring both sandy beaches and craggier sections of the coastline, including via the South West Coast Path.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked: Very peaceful apart from early rising peacocks. Easy to find and close proximity Woolacombe. Friendly owner.

Disliked: No facilities what so ever, not even a rubbish bin. There was a tap but owner wasn’t sure if it was suitable for drinking so didn’t chance it. Small field with pitches cut out.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked: Very hassle free! Booked on the day, turned up and didn’t even have to get out of the van! (Thankfully, as it was raining) The owner came straight up to us. Very quiet and beautiful spot, back to basics.

Disliked: Nothing! Was exactly what we needed, a safe stop over for the night. It was very back to basics so if you require a toilet/shower block might not be for you.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked: If it's out of the way you want, then this fits the bill. Very quiet and peaceful. We spent three days here which was about the maximum with no facilities. Good walking in all directions.

Disliked: Could have done with a recycling bin - although we took ours with us and used the campsite down the road's bottle and paper banks. Oh, and an arrow on the entrance sign would have guided us in rather than us having to ask the lady at the house at the entrance.
