Unpowered grass tent site (XL)
Liked: Beautiful views, well looked after site, clean loos, super cheap shop, I liked the open check in and out times.
Disliked: The site was busy on our first night. People behind us were playing loud rave music and the whole site was up till late and only settled down at about 1030/11pm. People were driving cars around and arriving home at 1030 onwards too. I felt that warden presence would have helped prevent people taking advantage. Unfortunately it ruined our stay, but maybe we just got unlucky with our stay. The showers were too small for parents with young children and it was really hard to get them clean. Family showers needed. Our second night was much more what we were hoping for as most people had gone home (end of half term), the site was peaceful and tranquil. Unfortunately, campers who we believed were long term residents, arrived back home late and were loud and not considerate of others.

Liked: Apart from access (roads to site being narrow) the campsite was lovely. Well maintained with decent facilities and good coffee machine. Free to use fire pits and honesty box for logs to burn. No anti-social behavior and fantastic view of the sunset through the valley. 10 minute drive to Torquay and would visit again.
Disliked: Access roads and supervision required for young children on park as near fast flowing stream of water which is accessible through openings in hedge
