Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 21 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a GBP100.00 ($206.53) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a GBP15.00 ($31.20) fee.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of GBP50.00 ($104.00) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
