Liked: Clean and tidy site. Super friendly staff and helped me out of a jam after car battery went flat.
Disliked: It’s a heck of a hill to climb up from the town back to site but with a view like Silver View Camping’s you don’t mind so much!

Liked: This campsite offers very nice views and it is quiet, relaxing We were particularly impressed by the quality of the firewood basket The showers are very spacious and well insulated which makes them very comfortable The toilets are very clean The owner is attentive and present We had a pleasant bank holiday weekend

Liked: A back to basics campsite run by genuinely lovely people who made sure I was located in a sheltered area due to an incoming storm on the night of my arrival. They really did care about my stay even though it was only for one night. The campsite site is on a magnificent hillside with incredible views, although it does get a little windy! Showers were hot, clean and the site even had a little hut where there was a freezer and charging points.
