What customers say
Ladram Bay: stunning coast, private beach, great sea views. Clean site, friendly staff, heaps of family activities. Good food/shop, but a bit pricey. Well-kept pitches, ace showers. Wi-Fi/phone signal patchy, some steep pitches, no dog beach area.

Great facilities (even for wet days!), brilliant staff, level pitches.
Fully-serviced gravel caravan site
Liked Fantastic facilities, plenty to do if the weather is bad.
Was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food in the restaurant – if you don't want to drive some distance to eat out then you're kind of stuck with the on site facilities, so I was preparing myself for it to be average at best as they could easily get away with it being just that, but it really was excellent. Not cheap, but felt like I was getting what I paid for. Excellent fajitas served in a cast iron dish with lovely presentation, and the pizzas were clearly handmade as the shapes were reassuringly irregular with thin and crispy bases. Cocktails were good with fresh ingredients (the mojito had a really good handful of fresh mint which is always a good sign!).
Pool was great fun with a slide for the kids (and big kids!), with a great outdoor splash and play area. Pleasantly surprised to find that it had a sauna and a jacuzzi area too. Pool water could have been a little cleaner but that's nit picking, and to be fair we did arrive for a swim toward the end of a busy day.
There was a fun crazy golf course, but it was a little overpriced as it was a tiny course – it kept my little one busy for 30 minutes though and sometimes you can't put a price on that!
The adventure playground was excellent quality – really well thought out and and well put together with good materials. My little played in there for hours and didn't get bored.
The actual campsite was really well run, good clean toilet and showering facilities and the pitches were level and well facilitated.
Lovely private beach if you fancy a cold dip.
The site staff were excellent on every interaction that we had with them, couldn't do enough to help.
Would visit again for sure!

Very disappointing
Powered grass tent site
Liked The entertainers were very good and friendly however you have to be there super early to even get a seat. There is too many people on site and not enough facilities
Disliked Huge disappointment and made to feel like second class citizens even though this was the most expensive camping trip I have done in all my years of camping. Pitches were tiny and so close to each other. We had to pay for swimming which was £22 even though they first tried to charge us £31 for a family of 4, We asked for a morning slot which they said was fine until we said we were camping, when we went swimming they were having scuba diving lessons, why not have this at a separate time and with no kids about?!
The toilets and showers were disgusting I felt dirtier coming out than I did going in.These were not checked or cleaned no where near enough, rubbish and dirt was still there in exact same spot for the full time I was there
I’m not one to sit on my phone while away but the WiFi was that bad it was so hard trying to find shops or something to do near by!

Liked The facilities were good. Lots of toilets and showers, all very clean. The swimming pool was good and the park. There was a large soft play and entertainment in the evening. Fish and chips were amazing. Sea view from pitch.
Disliked The pitch was a strip of grass (more like earth as the grass had perished with all the sun) next to the path/road. Very close to other campers. You had to pay to use the swimming pool each time which was £22 for 1 hour for a family of 4. No WiFi or signal on campsite which annoyed my teenager. Intermittent WiFi at the bar and arcade.

Powered grass tent site
