What customers say
This little park's peaceful & handy for Penzance. Friendly staff. Good sized spots, clean amenities. Some found facilities limited (one shower each way) & pricey, with patchy WiFi.

Liked Near By Beaches
Disliked The Site was not at all what we expected.
Site extremely, Small Pitch too close to each other. (Pigpen style)
Plus expected to park Car on what we assumed was to be where the tent has allowable space.
Invasive Cameras everywhere.
I understand if you don't have appropriate Staff, to Monitor the Site for Security reasons.
But it felt extremely inappropriate to have a Camera Facing into my Tent and I assumed was listening too. (BIG Brother)
I'm sure this is not legal I have camped on at least 30 sites and not one matched this for privacy invasion.
We was Told NO from the warden the minute we arrived.
NO to how we had pitched our tent.
How to pitch and angle our tent.
Then asked to move it around after it had been pitched.
Which I refused to do as I was on my Own with my two children 6 and 8.
I was told, "your on Camera and you will be asked to leave" "and they will come down from Birmingham".
Reflecting on the words told to me I felt extremely uncomfortable and responded
"I have paid for the pitch like others and I am trying to make it work as I'm on my holiday".
Asking to speak to the Management I was told "your on Camera". I said if possible I'd like to speak to someone if possible to discuss any matters regarding howy tent was pitched up and positioning.
No phone calls was made.
NO to children Playing with a ball.
NO to children using scooters.
NO to children Squirting water at each other. (Not my Children other small children on another pitch).
NO to talking to other Campers regarding exit and entrance access which was the last straw for me.
Dog fouling on other peoples Pitch.
One shower at a price, Not cleaned enough.
Two toilets not cleaned enough.
Other Campers spoke about Health and safety of Fire safety between tents and pitches.
We Left day 2 we booked 5 days asked for our money back for 3 days. Was Refused.
Should be Adult Only Site if they don't want children to play and ask to see cleaning sheet for the daily cleans of facilities it was filthy.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. As a small site, we strive to maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all guests, and we take all concerns seriously.
Pitch Access & Safety: As shown on our website, tent pitches do not have vehicle access, in line with health and safety regulations. All pitches are maintained to meet these standards.
CCTV Use: Our cameras are installed for site security only. They do not record sound and are positioned to monitor communal areas. Screens are visible in the office and comply with privacy guidelines.
Tent Positioning Advice: We suggested turning your tent away from the stream due to the presence of small children, but we respect your decision not to follow this advice.
Security Concerns: We refute the claim regarding someone “coming down from Birmingham.” No such action was taken or threatened, and our cameras do not capture audio or tent interiors.
Site Policies: We have a no ball games policy to protect vehicles and pitches. Water play was stopped as it was affecting another guest’s tent. You selected your pitch from three available options.
Dog Fouling: Our warden is vigilant about this issue and would not allow it to go unaddressed.
Stream Safety: The stream banks are not safe for children. Despite warnings, your children entered the stream multiple times to retrieve a ball.
Facilities: Toilets are cleaned several times daily. No other guests raised concerns about cleanliness during your stay.
Guest Feedback: After your departure, several guests expressed appreciation for the restored calm on site.
We always aim to provide a welcoming and respectful environment. While we regret that your visit did not go as hoped, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points.

Liked Tony could not have been more friendly and helpful ensuring we were well looked after. We had an issue with noise one night and he dealt with this in a friendly manner and the following evening all was quiet. Good shower and toilet facilities. Each pitch had its own water supply and electric hook up which was great and so convenient. Site was locked at all times with keypad entry felt very safe. Good location close to Penzance centre. We didn’t use the public transport but found it very easy to find a parking space in the harbour car park when accessing Penzance centre.
