- Group bookings of 3 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units longer than 7.5 metres are not allowed.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- Bookings can only be accepted from families or couples where the named hirer is over 21 and is part of the holiday party. Campfires must be in a self-contained firepit raised off the ground and a safe distance away from tents, caravans and awnings.

Liked: Really friendly owners and family who were kind and helpful. Small site but everything you need there and fantastic location to where we were going that day.
Disliked: The corner pitch we were allocated but other than that there was nothing to dislike.

Liked: A lovely little park, the grounds were maintained well nice and clean. The toilet and shower block was very clean, nice hot showers and hairdryer to use. Washing up area inside and outside all immaculate. With washing machines and dryers. This is a very nice park not far out from Padstow. Everyone was friendly a member of staff asked if we were all ok. I’d definitely stay here again.
Disliked: WiFi a little slow

Liked: Really nice quiet site, super clean, friendly family run business. To offer Free WiFi was great but not amazing so just didn’t use it.
Disliked: 1 singular little minus for me was when showering in the evenings the lights in the shower rooms timed out quickly, so I had to open the shower door and poke my head out to get the lights to come on again in the dark as movement in the shower cubicle didn’t help.

Liked: Brilliant site - friendly but non-intrusive staff, clean toilets and amenities, and just lovely all round. Really appreciated the fenced area for dogs to run around in - such a perfect touch. We'll definitely be back!

Liked: The site was very neat and clean, nicely landscaped with bushes and trees all around. The amenities very clean.
Disliked: Not so much as a dislike but some tents where a little close to each other so loud snores could be heard.

Liked: The site was wonderful and we loved the privacy of each pitch. Peaceful site due to its size. Immaculately clean at all times in the toilet and washing area and the staff were constantly tidying things on the site. Brilliant location for so many of the local attractions too. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.
