Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Guests under the age of 10 are not allowed on site.
- Bookings must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.
- No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Liked: It was tucked right out of the way in a lovely quiet location. Really friendly, welcoming hosts. Well kept and great facilities. And slept very well.

Liked: Good communication beforehand including instructions to get there. Lovely flat pitches, clean toilets, hot shower. Area quiet and peaceful. Map provided on how to get to Eden Project on foot and was an easy walk. Mike and Fran were very helpful, welcoming, and friendly.

Liked: Lovely hosts, clean toilet and shower, easy access to electricity, very friendly small campsite, close to Eden Project. We came for the Eden Sessions and the great hosts provided drop off and pick up service for a small fee.
