  • Within half a mile of a well-stocked farm shop
Court and Mowhay Farm is an eco-friendly, peaceful, small and secluded site hidden in the Cornish countryside, three miles from Newquay The site is on a working farm and wildlife haven – look out for deer, foxes and badgers among the species that have their home here – and is in an area of limited light night so is excellent for stargazing (just remember to bring your torch as there's no outdoor lighting). No overcrowded pools, noisy arcades or bingo here, says the farm team… just peace, seclusion and campfires in countryside close to the coast (plus compost toilets and solar showers for your ablutions). A farm shop is a couple of minutes’ drive away for supplies and shops are close by. Please note that as this is a farm the ground is uneven underfoot and therefore it is unlikely to be suitable for wheelchairs.
