Lankidden 2 Bedroom holiday caravan

  • Friendly family-run site near the Lizard Peninsula
  • Coverack village harbour and beach under a mile away
  • Sports field, games room, launderette and plenty of space for play
'In a brilliant spot' is how a gratified former guest has described the setting of Little Trevothan Caravan Park near Coverack... this peaceful and friendly family park is secludedly set, but within easy reach of heaps of Cornish attractions: the Lizard Peninsula, Kynance Cove, St Michael's Mount, the National Maritime Museum and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary are a mere handful of top destinations easily reached from here, as well as fishing, surfing and swimming galore around the seas and sands of the south coast. Little Trevothan is among 10 acres of well-maintained lawns, hedges and shrubs, close to the coves and beaches of the Lizard Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and 20 minutes' walk from the pubs, shops and shores of Coverack fishing village for swimming and watersports. The site has a family games room and a small shop (open during high season), and plenty of space in the sports field and playground for kids to run around. Among the amenities are a washroom block with toilets and free hot showers, a launderette with washing machines and dryers, and a washing-up area. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

What customers say

Cracking site, spick and span with roomy spots and ace staff. Showers and loos are spotless. Kids love the play stuff and games room, doggos get their own fields and wash-up. Chill vibes and great for coastal walks. Tiny gripes: shower taps, dodgy WiFi, and iffy power sometimes.

From the manager: Thank you Rob for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review! We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the site and toilet facilities so clean and well maintained.

It’s great to know the children enjoyed the playground, and that you appreciated the spacious pitches, peaceful atmosphere, music in the toilet blocks which is new this year, and our selection of DVDs and books to borrow. We’re also glad you enjoyed being within walking distance of Coverack and the surrounding area.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi. We’re aware that the signal can be weaker in some areas of the site and are always looking at ways we can improve this. We will be doing a park-wide check to see what needs upgrading.

We hope to welcome you and your family back again in the future!

Summer powered grass tent site (no pets)

Liked Great first stay at Little Trevothan, we’ll definitely be back. A great campsite that is well equipped and has lots of thoughtful and helpful touches, like a washing line and somewhere to wash wetsuits etc. The little shop is great for the basics so you really don’t have to go anywhere if you don’t want to. It’s also a really well designed site with lots of hedges and green space, which was great for the kids. The toilets were also kept clean despite it being high season and loved the music in there!

It’s lovely to know you appreciated all the little touches, our facilities and shop, as well as the landscaping and green spaces for the children. We’re also glad you enjoyed the clean facilities and music in the toilets (we love that too!)

We really appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you and your family back again soon. 😊
