Very eclectic site, would benefit from some modernisation.

Liked: Good size pitch (but think this was helped due to quiet period, only 4 other parties on site) with easy reach electric hook up. Warm welcome and shown round facilities Fire pits available to use for free ( although we didn’t use this facility) Toilet facilities were clean on arrival although would benefit from some tlc. There is a large communal indoor area if people wish to use - we didn’t use any of these facilities. Londis / esso at bottom of drive good selection of snacks and drinks Lovely pub Anchor 10 min walk.
Disliked: 3 toilets for the whole site, would imagine this is an issue during peak times Appeared rundown on arrival, large rusty metal gate and on entry surrounded by derelict greenhouses The road off the site is extremely busy and could be heard in to the early hours.

Liked: Went with a group of friends. All the kids had a great time ranging from 5-13. The central hut can only be described as a fairytale which even impressed my teenage son. On the day it rained all the younger kids went in to do arts and crafts. Campsite went above and beyond for every visitor. Will definitely go again.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: We loved our stay We felt kym had thought of everything. Lovely hot water too. There was so many toys for the children. So we would definitely consider taking our grandchildren there. We had a lovely warm welcome. Perfect location too with a pub about a ten min walk away. Well done kym.

Liked: I'll say straight away... the pictures on the website do not do this place justice! We arrived late on the Friday with an 8, 6 and 3 year old having forgotten our tent poles and thinking we were going to have to turn around and drive over 2 hours back home. Kym and Gary could not have been more helpful and immediately found us alternative accommodation. There is everything you could possibly require here... and more. The indoor area with kitchen, indoor beach and lounge area was a perfect retreat and our kids loved playing on the go-carts and making new friends. We loved how there was an ethos of recycle and reuse to help build the indoor area and everything was kept immaculately clean. It feels very safe! We enjoyed the 5 mile walk to Pagham RSPB beach, returning on the 51 bus which suitably stopped outside ASDA where we got top-up provisions. The owners could not have made us feel more welcome! They went above and beyond at every turn, and nothing was too much trouble: if they could assist in any way, they would do so. Our children had the best time at this family run little gem of a campsite. Quirky, accomodating and a must stop for any campers (couples or families alike), who want to experience something truly magical! Spacious plots, clean facilities, extras for anyone lacking firepits, tables or chairs, wood, marshmallows, and an incredible indoor space for the kids to enjoy when the weather turns! We honestly can't fault this place and Will be back.
