Liked: Site has recently been taken over, staff are fantastic, basic at present but clean facilities and can see the additional bits they are putting in like proper hard standing touring pitches. Great location for New Forrest and Paultons Park.
Disliked: Only down side is with it being busy (half term) we took one of the hard standing pitches with grass area, but they are not fully ready yet and need a little more rolling as jockey wheel will dig in a bit, but will be great once competed

Liked: Hi yes we had an issue with electric not working but owner very kindly helped us move tent etc to another pitch. We purposely picked the original pitch as away from people because we wanted music on at a reasonable volume. Then 3 network went down so had no mobile data on the website it said wifi but none apparently. It wasn't the sites fault the network went down I know. Then unfortunately my daughters respite rang to say she was having a seizure and wouldn't come out of it so was rushed to hospital cutting the trip a night short unfortunately. Nice site though friendly staff but it would be nice to get a refund for missing night then I'd give 5 stars. Need to get wifi sorted though. Toilets and showers were clean.
Disliked: Having to move and slightly annoying people with music but couldn't be helped
