Liked: Freshly cut pitches which were easily noticeable and numbered. The kids loved the guinea fowl and the rooster 🐓 the lambs in the nearby field were a hit too, as were the rope swings in the little woods next to the field. Two clean and well maintained toilets and a clean, decent hot shower with plenty of room in the bathroom to get changed in. We met Nikki the owner a few times when she popped out to clean or was welcoming guests. She also brought fire wood around daily if needed, such a friendly lady. Outside washing up area and an outside hose for cleaning sandy sandals and the camping loo we took for the nighttime. Electric hook up pitch number 4 tucked into the corner was a great spot (the corner with the rooster lol) so expect some early wake up calls.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Nikki is extremely welcoming and friendly, from the minute we arrived we were made to feel totally at home. The pitch size was excellent and having an electric hook up meant close to the facilities, which were spot less and cleaned regularly. This is a small campsite ideal for spending time with the family, relaxing, walking and it’s super close to exploring the many coastal towns and beaches Bexhill, Pevensey between Hastings and Eastbourne. Lots of wildlife and farm animals around and situated on the 1066 walk. Paddle boarding at Cuckmere River and good cycling routes nearby.
Disliked: Nothing it was simply superb.

Liked: Excellent stay for long August weekend. Great for children our kids had a blast cycling round the huge field and making sense with their friends in the woods! Small site but peaceful and shower /toilets were clean and hot water daily! Nikki was v welcoming and came round offering logs if we needed. Would definitely return again we all had a great time and watching the stars plus the satellite across the night sky was ore try awesome.. great if u want a peaceful location 😃
Disliked: Towels in the toilet block - not v hygienic if same one left all day ! I know this is difficult to do as paper towels wouldn't work .also one of the toilet got blocked with paper not bring flushed properly.. again this is more fault of the people staying not the owner.

Liked: Lovely big open space with woodlands to explore. Toilets and shower cleaned and replanisehd daily to a good standard. Hot water in toilet and shower. The shower room is spacious with hot water and unlimited time on shower. Nikki is lovely and professional in dealing with grumpy guests (us on arrival), her quick response providing an extension cable meant we had the pitch we wanted, and had a very enjoyable stay. This was our second visit and would come again.
Disliked: Nothing after two visits.
